No sorry! Anyone found this issue since the update? I tried several times, with different changes on the setup... and nothing worked!! Update: I have had to disconnect my iwatch from my iPhone (back it up first) and then reset the iwatch wiping everything from it by going into settings, general, reset, Erase all content and settings.
